International or satellite access is via +61-3-9273-8xxx, where xxx is the last 3 digits of the 1902 service. Most products will take 1-4 minutes to download. These Weather-by-Fax products require your fax machine to be in poll mode (check your manual for directions). You are invited to report access difficulties or faults to +61-3-9662-2182, (quoting the service number, the time and nature of the fault), or e-mail to webreg@bom.gov.au. The information contained within these products is available free of charge on the Bureau's website.
