This page provides information on how to contact us about climate data and information.
Contacting us
If you are interested in obtaining climate data or information then you can contact one of the Climate Service Centres below. The National Climate Centre can also assist with data, particularly where you want a large quantity or need data from more than one state. Please check the contact hours for each Climate Service Centre.
All enquiries about forecasts and warnings, weather maps etc. should be addressed to the local Regional Office rather than a Climate Service Centre.
Charging for data
A great deal of information and climate data is available freely from the Bureau's Climate home page as part of the Bureau's Basic Product Set. There is generally a charge associated with providing other climate data. Please see our charges page for further information.
